The minimum rental period is 4 weeks with 2 weeks free of charge, being 6 weeks in total. No refund is available if the property is sold prior to this 4-week period. Should the contract extend beyond the quoted 6-week rental period, an additional weekly fee will be charged.
The 2-week free rental period is applied only when needed for the sales campaign. CCD STYLING Pty Ltd reserves the right to collect the furniture at any time once the property has been sold (contracts exchanged) after the paid 4-week period.
To Secure the installation date 10% deposit would be required on the day upon signing a service agreement (or the Proposal). Full payment to be made 7 days prior to the scheduled installation date. Failure to make the payment would result in the installation date being pushed back.
If the client changes his/her mind or would like to cancel the project before the installation date, the agreement will be voided, and the 10% deposit as above will not be refunded under this circumstance.
A bond (as per the quoted amount) is required to be paid 7 days prior to the installation date. The bond will be used to cover any additional fees that may be applicable including but not limited to costs to repair, replace or restore property styling stock damaged by pets, smoke, or any other action environmental or human including theft and loss. If no additional fee is incurred, the bond is fully refundable once the service is completed.
If the property is being quoted and stylised on un-occupied status, the subject property must not be occupied without CCD STYLING Pty Ltd.’s consent.
The Property Owner must arrange access to the premises for the delivery and collection of goods. If the Installation Team is unable to gain access for any reason, the Property Owner must pay all additional costs incurred for the re-delivery or collection of the goods. If we are unable to install on the scheduled installation date due to excessively un-clean properties, tradespeople still working on the property and any other access issues, additional delivery charges will apply for the rescheduling of the installation.
On the day of the installation, there is a possibility that the stylist decides to change or swap furniture or decorative items to achieve the desired result, if this happens, the stylist has the full right to do so without the Property Owners’ prior consent. For projects that do not have a pre-determined rental period (i.e., Rental till the property is sold), there may be a possibility that the stylist may swap certain items during the rental period.
All furniture items are for display purposes only. Linen is also for display purposes only, if linen or any other soft furnishings are used during the rental period, a cleaning charge will apply and be taken from the bond. The Property Owner must not move the Goods from the premises. The Goods must remain in the Property Owner’s sole possession.
All artwork and mirrors will require drilling or nail holes, if you do not wish for us to drill or nail into the wall, we will not be able to install any artwork or mirrors. All care will be taken when installing artworks and mirrors and hooks will be left at the property.
Our services do not include cleaning, packing or any other services apart from styling. If we are required to move any items that do not belong to us during the styling installation, we take no responsibility for any damages.
The Property Owner must keep the Goods in good order and condition, allowing for fair wear and tear and the Property Owner is responsible for any damage to the Goods. The Property Owner must pay a sum equal to the cost of repairing and replacing damaged Goods, as reasonably determined by CCD STYLING Pty Ltd.
The Property Owner acknowledges that the insurance policy offered by CCD STYLING Pty Ltd at the time of the hire of the Goods covers Public Liability only and any damage to the Goods will be the responsibility of the Property Owner.
CCD STYLING Pty Ltd may terminate this Agreement and repossess the Goods if:
The Property Owner may be charged the reasonable cost incurred by the Company for cleaning each item comprising the Goods that require cleaning (excluding cleaning required as a result of normal use) upon the return of the Goods to the Company. If the Property Owner retains possession of the Goods beyond the term of this Agreement specified in the Proposal, the Property Owner must continue to pay the weekly rental specified in the Proposal.
The Property Owner agrees that they will not make any claim against the Company for damages in respect of property or personal injury sustained as a result of any use, malfunction, defect or breakdown of the Goods and indemnifies the Company against all claims, actions, demands or suits directly arising out of or connected with the use, malfunction, defect or breakdown of the Goods.
